1. Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at orders@fogeyunlimited.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exclusions:
- Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, gift cards, and clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:

6. Restocking Fee:

Orders to the UK are shipped with Hermes or Royal Mail.
Orders to ROW are shipped with Parcelforce, DPD, UPS, or Hermes, and may be handed to local courier services upon arrival.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK ONLY)
Guaranteed next-day delivery is available for UK orders placed Monday–Friday between 8am–3pm. These are processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours.
