HOW DO I RETURN?

 

  • Please contact us for a return authorisation: orders@fogeyunlimited.co.uk

  • Follow the return instructions provided and select the items you wish to return

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return shipping guidelines

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your shipment, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Clothing must be unworn and unwashed

  • Items must be in the original packaging

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 working days

  • The same time frame applies for exchanges or store credit

SHIPPING PRICES

Shipping costs vary based on parcel weight, destination, and contents. Prices start from:

  • UK: £4.50

  • Europe: £16.00

  • Rest of World (ROW): £23.00

We offer tracked or urgent shipping options (extra charges apply).

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • UK: 3 to 5 working days

  • International: Up to 10 working days (subject to customs clearance)

  • Sales and holiday periods may cause delays—please allow extra time

  • Some countries may experience longer delays depending on their local customs process

  • Delivery may take up to 25 working days in rare cases

Orders to the UK are shipped with Hermes or Royal Mail.
Orders to ROW are shipped with Parcelforce, DPD, UPS, or Hermes, and may be handed to local courier services upon arrival.

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

Guaranteed next-day delivery is available for UK orders placed Monday–Friday between 8am–3pm. These are processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND DELIVERY ISSUES

 

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

  • It is a legal requirement for us to declare the actual value of goods (excluding shipping) on customs forms.

 

  • When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with local laws and regulations.

 

  • If you fail to pay customs charges, or if an issue with delivery arises due to an incorrect or restricted address (e.g., PO Boxes or mail forwarding services), any costs incurred will be your responsibility.

 

  • In cases where customs refusal or address issues result in the parcel being returned and a refund is granted, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping fee from the refund amount.

 

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

PART SHIPMENTS

Larger orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple parts if one or more items are out of stock. If this occurs:

  • A note will be included detailing which items are pending

  • Any remaining items will be shipped at no additional cost
